Excellent location - close to the beach and kenting street, but still quiet and peaceful. The sea view is very very worth the price - phenomenal value. Owner is friendly and polite (of course it’s taiwan couldn’t expect less from these lovely people). Toilet and bath is very new and clean, with a stepped sitting area near the balcony - very thoughtful design.

Beautiful hotel across from the ocean and close to the main street night market and bus service. We had a little balcony looking at the sunsets and moon over the ocean. Very lovely.

good size room and toilet. clean. convenient location with nearby public car park if needed. good taiwan sandwich breakfast. 5 min walk to Kenting night market

The location was great - my room overlooked the ocean and it was a quick walk around the corner to the night market. < 10 minute drive to Nanban (South Beach).

Close to the Kenting main St. Great sea view (no rooftop, the beach chair is only for the room on the top floor).
